Create a Role

By default there are no Roles when a Tenant is created. Creating a Role is simple and involves only a couple of steps.

  1. Navigate to the Roles Admin Page (https://www.theidentityhub.com/{tenant}/Admin/Role/List) of your Tenant and click on Add. If you don't have a Tenant yet, you can register one for free.
  2. Type a Name for the Role.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Optionally, as a tenant administrator, select the account providers to which you would like to automatically add a pass-through claim mapping (see Claim Mappings).
  5. Click Add (or Cancel if no account providers should get a claim mapping)
