The Identity Hub supports the following OpenID Connect Endpoints.

Discovery

For apps in the SAAS using the JWT Signing Certificate at tenant level:
https://www.theidentityhub.com/{tenant}/well-known/openid-configuration

Be aware that when an admin has specified a specific certificate to be used by an app the discovery/jwks url is app specific.
