Accounts of a user
An Identity of a user can have one or more Accounts. When a user authenticates using different Account Providers the user can link all these in one (digital) Identity. That Identity will contain all the Accounts of the User.
View the accounts
- Navigate to the Users Admin Page (https://www.theidentityhub.com/{tenant}/Admin/Identity/List) of your Tenant. If you don't have a Tenant yet, you can register one for free.
- Search for the user you want to see the Accounts for. (If wanted, it is possible to search on the linked Account UPN)
- Click the user to go to the detail page.
- In the left navigation click Accounts.
Account details
- From the Accounts page for a specific identity.
- Click the details link on the account you want to see the details for.
- The following information is shown:
Information | Description |
---|---|
Account Provider | Name of the accountprovider that was used to logon and resulted in this account. |
Account UPN | UserId (or UPN) as issued by the accountprovider. |
Disabled by IdP | Indicates whether the account has been disabled at the side of the Identity Provider. An account can only be marked as disabled when an external service (e.g. SCIM) provided this information to The Identity Hub. If there is no setup for a synchronisation the value will state 'not applicable'. Important: An account automatically becomes enabled upon successful logon. (Available since version 1.71.0.) |
Created | When was this account created (first logon). Available since version 1.67.5. |
Modified | When was this account modified. Available since version 1.67.5. |
Last successful login | The date and time of the last successful login via this account. Note: This might differ from the last successful login at user level. |
Claims
This section gives a basic overview of the account provider claims, as obtained during logon or from an external service (e.g. SCIM), after claim processing (see Claim mappings). An IAM admin will have the possibility to switch to an advanced overview. The advanced overview will group the claims per issuer they originated from.
